20 K Course Description
20 K Race starts and finishes in the hear of Cesis - Rozu laukums. Altough first 5 and last 5 km are mostly getting out of town and then back in, there are about 17 km of beautiful landscapes along the Gauja river. This distance is a great opportunity to both experience the historic part of Cesis and natural trails near the town.
It follows the same path as for 20 K runners. Nordic Walking participants start to gether with 20 K runners, just taking the corridor after runners.
